Job Description
We are an established logistics and warehousing company looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
* Load and unload shipping containers, trucks, and trailers.
* Sort, organize, and separate freight according to shipping instructions.
* Build, stack, wrap, and secure pallets for shipment.
* Perform palletizing, labeling, and repacking as needed.
* Count and verify quantities to ensure shipment accuracy.
* Inspect freight for visible damage or shortages and report any issues immediately.
* Move freight using pallet jacks and other authorized warehouse equipment.
* Assist with order preparation, staging, and outbound shipments.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
* Follow warehouse safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
Requirements
* Previous warehouse or loading/unloading experience preferred.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely, with assistance or equipment for heavier items.
* Comfortable performing physical work, including standing, bending, and lifting.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
* Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
* English or Spanish speakers are welcome.
