$600 FLAT — 2-Person Office Move + Furniture Assembly — FRIDAY 8 AM-2PM (This is a flat-rate job for the full scope of work listed below, not hourly. The job is estimated to take approximately 6 hours with a two-person crew. The agreed $600 will be paid in full if the work is completed sooner. No additional compensation will be paid if completing the listed scope takes longer than 6 hours.)
Looking for a 2-person crew with your own truck and tools for a small office move and furniture setup.
PAY: $600 FLAT TOTAL — $300 PER PERSON
START: Friday at 8:00 AM
CREW: Exactly 2 people required
TRUCK: You must provide your own truck.
The $600 covers the entire scope of work below, including moving, assembly, setup, and cleanup. Nearly all furniture is straightforward assembly and will be no problem for an experienced crew.
MOVE FROM LIBERTY AVE IN JERSEY CITY TO 78 JOHN MILLER WAY IN KEARNY, NJ (12 MIN COMMUTE):
40 banker’s boxes
10 boxes of office supplies
5 small boxes of books
1 boxed desk
AT LIBERTY AVE:
After boxes are cleared, move 2 existing shelving units into the basement
ASSEMBLE AT 78 JOHN MILLER WAY:
2 processing/work tables
3 desks
1 desk chair
6 standard dining/conference chairs
2 bookshelves
2 heavy-duty shelving units (69"W × 15"D × 84"H)
1 storage locker
1 printer cart
2 utility carts
Place flat-file unit onto its base
Hang 1 painting
UNPACK + SET UP:
Unpack 7 additional boxes of books
Shelve books on the newly assembled bookshelves
Break down packaging and boxes
Remove all moving/assembly trash and debris
Leave the space clean and orderly
REQUIREMENTS:
You must arrive with 2 people, your own truck, and your own tools and be ready to begin at 8:00 AM Friday. Moving and furniture-assembly experience required. YOU MUST HAVE 2 DOLLY'S.
Compensation is $600 flat for completion of the entire job ($300 per person). This is not an hourly job.
