We are moving out of our 3 bed, 3 full bath apartment/townhouse style place in Jersey City. From the oversized living space, private backyard, garage parking space, and ten minute walk to the Journal Square PATH and bus stop to Port Authority around the corner, this has been an incredibly serene and easy place to live.

Central A/C and heat, in-unit laundry, there’s two floors, a giant living space, and room for guests or people that want to split the apartment up three ways. Two of the three bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. All three bathrooms have a Jack and Jill sink. 8 closets total. We’re open to leaving some of our furniture here if of interest and happy to discuss. Looking for people that would like to move in ideally for December 1st, but potentially flexible if it’d need to be later in the month. We’d be staying longer but we bought a house! We currently pay 4650, here’s hoping we can get you in here without a broker’s fee 😅
