We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and friendly individual to join our team as a Night Auditor / Night Front Desk Clerk.
About the Position:
This is a relatively easygoing overnight position, especially during our slower season. The hotel has a lighter workload at night, with approximately 2 hours of regular duties throughout the shift. During downtime, you are welcome to relax, watch TV, or work on personal projects, as long as all hotel responsibilities are handled and you remain available to assist guests.
Main Responsibilities:
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
Answer the front desk phone and assist guests with questions.
Check vacant rooms to make sure they are clean and ready for guests.
Inspect and maintain the cleanliness of the front lobby and front office.
Keep the back office organized and tidy.
Handle the cash register and maintain accurate cash records.
Complete basic nightly paperwork and audit duties.
Monitor the front desk and assist guests when needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
What We Are Looking For:
Dependable and punctual.
Honest and trustworthy when handling cash.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Previous hotel or front desk experience is a plus but not required.
Work Environment:
This is a quiet, low-volume hotel during the overnight hours. Most of the shift is downtime once regular duties are completed. You can watch TV or work on other things during slower periods, provided you are available to handle guest check-ins, phone calls, and other hotel needs.
We are looking for someone who wants a steady, straightforward overnight job and can take responsibility for keeping things running smoothly.
