NOW HIRING: STR Turnover Cleaner (Jacksonville) — Two 3BR Homes + Two Studios
We manage a small portfolio of short-term rentals in Jacksonville with a consistent setup:
3BR/2BA homes + a separate studio (1BA) on the same property at two locations. We’re hiring a dependable cleaner to handle turnovers using our checklist and photo proof system.
Pay (per turnover)
Studio (1BA): Hourly or Flat Rate
3BR/2BA: Hourly or Flat Rate (based on condition / same-day needs)
We provide supplies & equipment (vacuum, mop, cleaning products, etc.)
Non-negotiable timing
Standard checkout is 10:00am
On turnover days with a check-in, cleaner must arrive between 10:00am–1:00pm
