This is a shared house near Beach Blvd and Southside Blvd. A three bedroom house where each bedroom is rented. You would have a locked, private bedroom. There is a shared full bath between renters. There is a shared living room and dining/kitchen area. Washer/dryer provided. May accept the bedroom furnished (there is a twin bed, nightstand, desk, and cube shelf with a TV) or you may provide your own. $625/month with $200 security deposit required of which $50 is a non-refundable cleaning deposit. All utilities are included along with high-speed Internet access. There is a large privacy fenced backyard along with a large covered paver patio area. Current renters are professional working first and second shifts. Must be a non-smoker (or outside-only tobacco smoker/vaper), no pets, quiet (not a big partier), responsible to keep shared areas clean (especially the kitchen & bathroom), dependable with rent.
