This is an open water set up with 93 total decoys. They are each on a short line with a clip which is the standard open water rig setup. There are 59 Scaup ( 30 drakes and 29 hens) a dozen drake Oldsquaw and the rest are painted as Scoters. There is also an anchor buoy that goes with them. If you had to purchase the scaup, they would cost over 800 dollars new and the Oldsquaw would be over 220.00 This is a good set up for diver and sea duck hunting. I used it on the east coast to great effect and with great success.
