I'm a single man in my 30s looking for stable, long-term housing in the Denver area. I want to be upfront about my circumstances because I value honesty, and I'd rather find the right fit than waste anyone's time.
My 20s were kinda wild so credit is about 560. Ive got just under 1k ready to go for move. I've got great work ethic. I've remained employed and housed, and I typically maintain 2–3 sources of income. I work almost every day, sometimes at multiple jobs. I'm financially capable of supporting myself, have reliable transportation, and take my responsibilities seriously. I'm a happy, energetic Christian man who attends Denver United Church regularly. I'm friendly, helpful, and very particular about keeping my surroundings clean and attractive.
A couple of things worth knowing about me: My sleep schedule is unconventional. Between multiple jobs and other commitments, I may be awake and active at unusual hours, though I'm considerate of others. I cook and clean regularly.
I'm looking to move because my current roommates stopped paying ren, and frankly, I'm tired of moving! I'd love to find somewhere I can settle in and rely on only myself for the foreseeable future.
I can afford my own place and would prefer that, but I'm open to renting a room in the right home. My needs are simple: somewhere comfortable to sleep, cook, shower, and do laundry. I'm willing to sign a lease, but traditional credit and background screenings have historically been obstacles. I'd appreciate an opportunity to discuss my circumstances before paying application fees, rather than repeatedly applying somewhere I'm unlikely to qualify. I have 1K now and wanna move soon... if I need more for a deposit I can pay that in a month, maybe two if it's over 500.
I love dogs and tolerate cats. :)
If you have a room or property available, or know someone who does, I'd genuinely appreciate hearing from you. I'm looking for stability, mutual respect, and a place I can finally call home.
Thank you for reading and considering me. God bless us all!
