ISO Short-Term Winter Sublet: Raw Industrial / Warehouse / Garage Spac (Chicago)

We are a responsible, mature group of local Chicago adults (aged 40+) looking to rent a small, raw, or underutilized industrial space, warehouse, garage, or flex unit for the winter season (November – March/April).
What we're looking for:
• Smooth concrete floor
• Working overhead lighting & standard electrical outlets
• Protection from snow/rain (heat is a bonus, but not required!)
• Flexible monthly terms or short-term sublet
Who we are:
• Group of ~10 working professionals / adult skaters
• Respectful, quiet, and reliable with rent payments
• Looking for a dry spot to practice flat-ground skateboarding and set up a couple of small, portable wooden obstacles for the cold months
Safety & Peace of Mind:
• We are happy to sign full liability waivers releasing property owners/landlords from any liability or claims.
• We can provide personal/professional references upon request.
