I am looking for an affordable, budget-friendly room to rent. I am currently transitioning into a new situation. I have steady income. Because my current budget is very tight, I am looking for someone willing to work with me for the first few weeks.
I'm highly motivated to help around the house. I am happy to take on extra chores, deep cleaning, yard work, or any property maintenance. I am extremely clean, respectful, non-smoker, and quiet. I mostly keep to myself but am always down for a friendly chat.
I don't have a car but I've never had an issue getting around. I would like to stay in the West Denver metro area, but I'm willing and prepared to commute and travel farther if need be.
