* Lighting & Power: Reliable overhead lighting and standard 120V electrical outlets for studio strobes, continuous lights, tethering stations, and gear charging
* Access & Protection: Weather-tight space protected from rain and snow
* Terms: Looking for long-term year-round occupancy starting month-to-month to make sure it is a good fit
Who We Are & How We Use the Space:
* Professional & Established: A small team (~5 people total) affiliated with Uprise shop who prioritize cleanliness, quiet operation, and property care.
* E-Commerce & Content Creation:
* E-Commerce Product Photography: Shooting footwear, apparel, decks, and hardgoods for website listings using seamless backdrops, softboxes, light stands, and tethered laptop stations.
* Light Action & Product Testing: Capturing dynamic photos, product testing shoots, and short-form video content using small, portable wooden obstacles.
* Reliable Tenants: Quiet, highly respectful of surrounding businesses and neighbors, and always prompt with rent payments.
