My elderly parents have moved into care facilities and I intend to be around to help them during their final years.
A few things about me- I am a quiet, hardworking guy from Montana. I have a great work history and I will always pay my rent in full and on time. I have a dog, she is very sweet, quiet and chill. She is about 50 lbs, short hair.
I have no criminal record or substance abuse history. I am happy to comply to background checks and the like. I get it, the world is a scary place and I don't blame a landlord one bit for vetting a potential tenant.
I would prefer to find a one-on-one rental in a smaller community outside of Logan, such as tremonton, hyrum and the like. I do well with a more personable interaction. I am accustomed to the rural Montana life and I believe it would give me and my dog a good space to transition to the busier lifestyle of Utah.
I am respectful and handy. Your space will remain clean and maintained under my care.
I don't need much. A single bedroom apartment is adequate. I simply wish for a small space that will allow me proximity to my family. You'll hardly know I'm there.
