I'm looking to buy fixer-uppers in as-is condition. The rougher, the better. If your house has seen better days, needs repairs, has been vacant, inherited, or makes your neighbors raise an eyebrow, I want to hear about it. Please don't message me trying to sell your perfectly remodeled home with shiny new everything. It's beautiful, but it's not what I'm looking for. Give me the ugly ducklings.
