ISO: affordable studio space, Upper West Side, by Nov. 30 (Upper West Side)

My current studio, a small office in a doctor’s suite on the Upper West Side where I work on my photography, is being sold, and I may need to be out by November 30 (not yet confirmed, but likely).
So, I’m looking for a new space where I can store and digitize my photo archive.
What I need:
• 100 sq ft minimum (150–200 ideal) for a desk, a copy stand table, a couple of bookshelves, and a wire rack holding about a dozen banker’s boxes
• Dry, clean, climate-stable space with no moisture risk
• Secure, with 7-day access
• Move in before November 30
• Under $500/month, ideally with utilities and internet included
• Ideally on or near the Upper West Side, but open to other neighborhoods in Manhattan.
• I don’t need retail or storefront space. Professional suites, basements, and street-level units are all fine.
