Artie’s & Captain Mike’s South Shore Fish Market & Restaurant is looking to add an experienced Head Chef/Kitchen Lead to our team. We’re looking for someone who can work alongside our current full-time chef, help lead the kitchen, and provide additional coverage and relief.
This is a hands-on position. We want someone who is willing to jump in, learn our menu and systems, work alongside the team, and help us continue growing.
What we’re looking for:
* Previous kitchen/chef experience required
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Reliable and dependable
* Team-player mentality
* Willing to learn our recipes, menu, and kitchen operations
* Comfortable working alongside and supporting the existing kitchen team
* Able to maintain quality and consistency during busy service
* Bilingual is a plus
* Seafood experience is a plus, but not required
Full-time or part-time opportunities are available.
