Essential Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Associates to join our plastics manufacturing team. This position is responsible for supporting production operations, operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment, inspecting finished products, packaging materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor plastic manufacturing and production equipment.
Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines.
Inspect products for quality, defects, and proper specifications.
Trim, assemble, package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals.
Perform basic machine cleaning and assist with minor troubleshooting.
Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Communicate equipment issues, product defects, or safety concerns to supervisors.
Assist with other production and warehouse duties as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse environments preferred.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
