-The Role
As a Collections & Billing Representative, you'll communicate with customers regarding account balances, billing questions, payment arrangements, and account resolution.
You'll be responsible for:
-Contacting customers regarding outstanding balances
-Taking and processing payments
-Discussing payment options and account solutions
-Resolving billing and account questions
-Maintaining accurate customer records
-Following company policies and applicable regulations
-Meeting individual performance and quality goals
-Providing professional, solutions-focused customer service
