This is a hands-on position for someone who understands restaurant service, moves quickly, and is happy to do whatever needs to be done to keep the bar and dining room running smoothly.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Wash, dry, and polish glassware
Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized
Pour beers and handle basic bar service
Make simple cocktails and assist bartenders as needed
Run food and help support the servers
Bus and clear tables when needed
Restock beer, wine, liquor, ice, glassware, and other supplies
Help keep service moving during busy periods
Provide general support wherever the service team needs it
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Previous bar, bar-back, bussing, or restaurant service experience preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant
Hardworking, dependable, and able to stay busy without being asked
Good communication and teamwork skills
Attention to cleanliness and organization
Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
Must be comfortable working on your feet and moving quickly throughout service
COMPENSATION
$18/hour + tips

Location: Fat of the Land Irvine
Must be available weekend evenings.
