Every child learns differently, and sometimes a little extra attention, patience, and a different approach can make all the difference.
I’m offering personalized, one-on-one tutoring for elementary-aged children who could benefit from additional support building their academic skills and confidence.
My approach is simple: learning should be engaging, encouraging, and something children look forward to.
Rather than relying solely on worksheets and repetition, I incorporate interactive activities, educational games, hands-on exercises, and even music to help children understand and remember what they’re learning.
Areas of focus include:
* Foundational math and problem-solving skills
* Reading, comprehension, and vocabulary
* Writing and basic academic skills
* Homework support and study habits
* Building confidence and independent thinking
How it works:
We begin with an individual learning assessment to better understand your child’s strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement. From there, I develop a personalized approach that meets your child where they are.
Sessions are offered in a relaxed, encouraging environment at a local library or another mutually agreed-upon location.
Private tutoring: $90 per hour
A four-session initial commitment allows us to establish consistency and begin making meaningful progress.
