Investor with 18 years experience needs 14 windows installed. I'm not looking for a consumer 3x window company, just a worker like me, with the right ladder and helper. Experienced, knowledgeable, sensible. Just north of downtown Indianapolis.

• Install 15 windows (I supply the windows from ReplaceSmart. I am loyal to them.)
• Includes bay windows but they are 4 separate windows, not one unit
* Includes second-story work
• Remove and haul away the old windows
• Flashing, sealing, insulation and trim

Labor + supplies bid. Please reply with:

Photos of windows you've installed
Your price range or a time for a walkthrough
Your availability

Because of the second-story work, just send a copy of your insurance or Indiana Workers' Compensation Clearance Certificate before you start.

Feel free to drive out and take a look -- just text me you are heading over so I can alert my tenants that you belong there and I will text you the address. Please understand masonry work will be done first so you do not have uneven openings around the windows and brickwork will be secure. A master mason is doing the work. So your availability needs to be in about a month but I need the bids ASAP to get my budget done.
