KTD Logistics LLC is looking to add several reliable people to our Indianapolis-area field crew.
This is flexible, project-based work, not a guaranteed 40-hour schedule. Jobs vary week to week, and we’re looking for people who want opportunities to make extra money and can actually show up when they commit.
Our work includes:
* Residential & commercial moving
* Furniture and fitness-equipment assembly
* TV mounting and art/picture installation
* Delivery and final-mile work
* Commercial installations and field-service projects
* Occasional regional work
Pay varies by assignment, experience, and skill level. Many assignments are paid per job or based on the expected hours. Higher-paying opportunities are available for people who can independently handle assembly, mounting, installations, and technical scopes.
We’re looking for people who:
* Are reliable and communicate
* Have dependable transportation
* Can safely perform physical work and lift heavy items
* Can follow written instructions and job scopes
* Are comfortable using basic hand/power tools or willing to learn
* Have weekday and/or weekend availability
* Show up on time after accepting an assignment
* Want to learn additional skills and earn access to better-paying projects
Moving, delivery, construction, handyman, installation, warehouse, furniture assembly, fitness-equipment, AV, or field-service experience is a plus, but we’re willing to work with dependable people who are teachable.
This is a good fit for someone looking for flexible additional income alongside another job, school, training, or their own business.
We’re specifically building a larger crew so consistent workers can receive recurring opportunities rather than one-off gigs.
