You must be able to safely walk on roofs, clean gutters from the rooftop, and carry and set up ladders confidently and comfortably.

Subcontractor Pay Rate: 50% of each job.

Employee Pay Rate: $20–$45 per hour. To qualify for a pay rate of $25 per hour or higher, you must have extensive experience carrying and setting up ladders and safely walking on roofs.

Subcontractor Requirements: You must have business liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance and sign a subcontractor agreement.
