HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

- Install metal stud framing for commercial walls, ceilings, and partitions according to project specifications.
- Install drywall and acoustic ceiling systems while maintaining high standards of workmanship and accuracy.
- Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and technical specifications to ensure proper installation.
- Measure, cut, and assemble construction materials with precision and attention to detail.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently throughout construction activities.
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free jobsites to support a productive working environment.
- Follow OSHA requirements and all Glenmark safety procedures and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other construction team members to coordinate project activities.
- Assist with transporting, handling, and setting up construction materials and equipment as required.
- Work collaboratively with the construction team to complete projects efficiently while meeting quality and safety standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Proven carpentry experience, preferably in commercial drywall construction.
- Practical knowledge of metal stud framing, drywall installation, and acoustic ceiling systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, interpret construction drawings, and follow detailed project instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated, with a professional approach to work.
- Willingness to learn and follow Glenmark's construction methods, procedures, and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a construction team.

- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding construction tasks.
- Commitment to following workplace safety requirements and maintaining a safe jobsite.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- OSHA 10 Certification.
- Previous experience with commercial metal stud framing, drywall systems, and acoustic ceiling installation.
- Relevant safety training or certifications, including lift operation and fall protection.
- Willingness to participate in manufacturer training, technical instruction, and additional professional development programs.
