Position Overview
The Branch Supervisor is a hands-on operations leader with expertise in production, systems building, and process improvement. This role oversees the execution of our service contracts, partners with company leadership to develop and refine operational processes for new and existing clients, and holds the team to clear performance and output standards.
Strong communication skills are essential: the Branch Supervisor ensures the company's vision and priorities reach every level of the team accurately and on time. Compensation: $25-$27 hourly, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
Support, mentor, hire, and motivate the operations team
Improve processes to maximize operational efficiency
Build weekly employee schedules based on operational needs
Establish clear performance expectations, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive continuous improvement
Provide ongoing feedback to support individual, team, and facility growth
Partner with operations leadership to develop and execute strategies for continuous performance improvement
Understand client requirements to effectively prioritize and allocate team and facility resources
Oversee employee and facility safety, quality, and productivity; identify and correct unsafe conditions and behaviors while recognizing strong safety performance
Quickly assess performance and capability gaps, take corrective action to mitigate risk, and maintain contingency plans
Establish and maintain standard operating procedures and preventive maintenance practices for equipment
Communicate clearly and professionally, verbally and in writing, across all levels of the organization
Keep leadership informed of progress, plans, and issues affecting production
Lead regular team meetings that encourage open communication and collaborative problem-solving
Troubleshoot effectively under pressure
Share daily operational plans with team members and leadership
Work alongside the operations team on reusables processing, sanitation, and logistics procedures as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
4+ years of operations or production experience
A track record of meeting or exceeding departmental performance goals
Familiarity with the structures and processes behind successful service operations
A strong understanding of team dynamics, with the ability to hire, promote, train, and support a diverse team
Willingness to work alongside the team to build expertise in our procedures and support KPI and revenue goals
Excellent communication skills across all stakeholders — team members, management, and clients
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Willingness to become certified and operate heavy equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) if not already certified
