Position Details:
π° $13/hour
π As-needed, event-based work β dates and times vary by event
π Many positions are located downtown Indianapolis and will be outdoors
π₯ Customer-facing role interacting with event attendees
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Communicate effectively with attendees and event staff
- Work at various assigned event posts
- Attend required event briefings or training
- Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude
Requirements:
- Must be 18+
- High school diploma
- Customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working around people and in a customer-facing environment
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Reliable and flexible with event assignments
