Hi, I’m a 28 year old female looking to move to LA, hopefully around the Hollywood area if not any area nearby, I currently have $1200, but I don’t have a job yet because I’d be coming from another town not in Los Angeles, like 3 hrs a way. I’m hoping to find someone that has a studio that I can rent without having to pay a move in deposit, just the rent and hopefully wait for me to find a job in the LA area within a month of living there. If there’s anyone that can help me with that and understands my situation I’d be be very grateful and responsible with my rent.
