I'm looking for some real community and an uplifting place to live... (San Francisco)

Hi,
I'm a 39-year-old guy who's creative, caring, funny and big picture-oriented. I've done a decent amount of work in the social services, gerontology and a bit of international nonprofit fundraising. I'm currently focusing more time and energy on making, sharing and learning music, which is a deep love of mine. In many ways, I'm trying to be more intentional now about building my life around what I really care about, feel and want...which is why I'm here reaching out to potential housemates, friends and creative collaborators.
I'm hoping to find (or build from scratch) a place full of vibrant, honest, grounded and creative people. If you have a place that feels like home -- somewhere that you can really relax and connect with likeminded people when you're feeling social -- I'd be interested in hearing about it and any openings you might have coming up! Or if you're also seeking something like this but don't have the place yet, reach out and we might be able to make it happen together!
It would be great to live with at least one other experienced musician who would like to play together and collaborate (at least on occasion) in a way that's fun and makes us both/all better. I'll include a little more about my musical background and interests at the bottom of this message. At the same time, I'm interested in people from all walks of life who are pursuing something they care about.
Here are some of the details of what I'm looking for in a home. They might not match up perfectly with yours, and that's okay. I like natural light and I like to be outside (a lot), so a brighter place with outdoor space, preferably near a park, would be ideal. I'd like to invite people to occasional get-togethers, movie nights, maybe opportunities for people to share creative things they're working on, along with some home-cooked meals, etc. I'd like to live somewhere where everyone feels free to have guests and just trust that we are all considerate about sharing living space. I also value open communication and cleanliness (not that everything has to be spotless, but not neglected).
If any of this piques your interest, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'd be happy to hear about you, your place, or what you're looking for in a place/roommate. And I'd be happy to share more about myself and where I'm coming from.
I'm hoping to move in November or December. Thanks for reading this!
A note for musicians: If you're a music person who's reading this and might be interested in living with another musician (or several), here's a little about me. I started on sax and am decent at it, though pretty out of practice at the moment. I've been doing more with guitar and singing the last year or so, and I use both in my work now. Getting creative musically lights me up. I can be pretty experimental, more serious, zany (and serious about it), more singer-songwriter-y...as long as it's enjoyable. I would like to be playing more with other musicians who are highly proficient/professional, or at least really into it! My musical tastes are omnivorous...I'm scheduled to do DJ an hour long hip hop show on the radio this week, I enjoy many different kinds of international music, I like a decent amount of indie, psychedelic and left-field/experimental music, soul (I love soul), some harder stuff (rock, intense instrumental music, hip hop), jazz...I like a great groove but I also appreciate tight and unique song structures. I can get some free tickets through my radio volunteer work, which could be a nice housemate/collaborator perk. Even if you might not be looking for housing, but could be looking for people to play/collaborate with, reach out!
