• 15 kW induction heater — heat treating, annealing, and bending thick metal
• 50-ton hydraulic press — broaching, bending, hemming, press fitting & extraction (shafts, bushings, bearings)
• 200 lb anvil — hand forging, forming, straightening, bending, and general blacksmithing work
• Greenlee 346 bandsaw — 6" round or 3-1/2" x 7" rectangular cut capacity

• Powder coating — small parts up to 12" cube envelope

• AutoCAD & Autodesk Inventor — custom part design, drafting, and reverse engineering
• Revopoint POP 3D scanner — up to 0.3mm accuracy, structured light scanning for reverse engineering, part duplication, fitment checks, and digitizing existing parts for CAD
• Alfawise U20 FDM 3D printer — 300mm x 300mm x 400mm print volume, for prototypes, fixtures, and jigs
• Anycubic Photon Mono X resin printer — 192mm x 120mm x 245mm print volume, for high-detail prototypes and small precision parts
