Power washes the community
Must be able to be outside all day, this is an outdoor job
MAKE READY:
Gets apartments made ready for move ins
Must be organized and self motivated
Must be able to lift, bend, stand, crouch etc to perform these duties
MAINTENANCE
Fixes, Repairs:
Air Conditioners
Appliances
Plumbing
Electrical
Troubleshoots problems
This is an outdoor indoor job that includes heavy lifting, long periods of time outside, stairs, and plenty of walking.
HOUSEKEEPER
Cleans apartments, offices, and common areas
Must be organized and self motivated
Must be able to lift, bend, stand, crouch etc to perform these duties. Long periods of standing are required.
OFFICE
Answers Phones
Files
Walk Units
Assists with general office duties
LAUNDRY ATTENDANT
Wash and Fold customers laundry
Clean laundry facility, top to bottom
