A very unique beach vacation rental opportunity is now available and PTRT is very proud to be able to offer it to YOU! Imagine vacationing in a rare, antique home built in 1875 and offers a very semi-private beach experience This 3B/1.5B gem features first floor high ceilings and rooms garnished with classic period furniture. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences and the full and half bathrooms are modern and tasteful. The second floor has wide plank flooring throughout the bedrooms and halls. Then there is the three-sided roofed-over porch with gorgeous ocean views!
The beach is a short 90 second walk down a shaded lane, across a footbridge into the sand dunes, and then on to the pristine shores of Rexhame Beach. The beach is a semi-private one that never gets crowded and offers a third of a mile of exclusive coastline. To the south of this stretch lies the beaches of Fieldston, Ocean Bluff, and Brant Rock. To the north lies the rest of Rexhame, then Humarock Beach, and finally the mouths of the North and South Rivers where one can literally beach-walk for 6 miles! Activities along the waterfront include swimming, tanning, surfing, belly boarding, and skim boarding! Do not forget to bring your rod and reel for surf casting for Blues and Stripers! Let this home be your base of operations as you launch your boat at the MA State Launch at Green Harbor, a very short 10-minute drive.
This home provides all bath and bed linens for your use! The Housekeeping Fee covers all bed and bath linens, their laundering, expendable supplies for your use such as all soaps and detergents, paper goods, Baggies, etc. Weekly rentals are preferable and run from Saturday to Saturday; Check-in Time is 2:00 p.m. or after and Check-out Time is 10:00 a.m. The costs vary so see availabilities below.
Half-weeks are another rental possibility, allowing each half to score three FULL days on the beach! The front half would arrive on Saturday and leave late Tuesday afternoon. The back half would arrive on Wednesday at 8:00 a.m. and depart on Saturday.
