Human Resources/Payroll/Admin seeking Monday-Friday full time role (Escondido)

I am currently an HR Manager. I work 50 hour work weeks and commute 2 hours a day. I make $80k a year a love my job. I have never received a coaching form/write up. I have excellent attendance. My reviews all note I exceed expectations. I am very admin heavy.
However, I now have a daughter and I’m looking to be more present in her life. With that, I am looking to switch jobs. I have attempted to apply and interview for admin level roles however every time I interview, after I explain my experience, they inform me like are looking to mold someone. Aka I am overqualified.
As head of recruitment for a company of 500 employees, I truly understand how that can be viewed as a red flag. However, I am grateful enough with my husband to be able to take the pay cut to be more available for my daughter.

What I’m looking for:
-Escondido, San Marcos, Vista
-Monday through Friday
-health benefit eligible positions
(eligible to add my dependents as well)
- At minimum $25/hour.
-Prefer a 7-3:30 or 7:30-4 schedule. (Most of the childcare centers close at 5!)
-remote or hybrid opportunities welcome!
I am an incredibly fast learner, very tech savvy and also have years of customer service experience.
