This beautiful 270 sq. ft. tiny home was built in 2018, with all brand-new materials and appliances. It is fully certified by NOAH, certification seal number s-000017. Thoughtfully designed and fully insulated, it offers all the comforts of a traditional home in a compact, efficient footprint. Built with care by my father-in-law, this tiny home has never been lived in. Now that it’s fully certified, we’re ready to pass it on and begin crafting our next design.

The city of Portland, and the counties of Clackamas, Lane, and Deschutes now allow a tiny home on wheels as a secondary dwelling unit on your property. This allows you to hook into the existing utilities on the property.
