Responsibilities
Set up and calibrate Weinig moulders according to technical specifications and production requirements.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on moulding equipment to ensure optimal operation.
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical
Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and quality standards during setup and production runs.
Conduct equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments to minimize downtime during manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
Proven experience in manufacturing facilities with a focus on machinery setup and maintenance.
