I have a very cute remodeled three bedroom house for rent. It also has one bath, a kitchen, living room, dining room, sub room, and breakfast area. Can be rented furnished or unfurnished. Pets allowed with a $750 refundable pet deposit. It has a good-sized fully fenced back yard for pups. It also includes a newer washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 2 car garage, basement storage, etc. I am a private landlord not a company and am looking for a good, reliable tenant, preferably with a one year lease that would convert to month-to-month at the end of the lease.
