HOUSING WANTED – Rome, GA / Surrounding Areas – $900 Max
Hello,
My name is James, and I am looking for a room, apartment, mobile home, or small house to rent in Rome, Lindale, Coosa, or the surrounding areas of Georgia.
I am currently residing at a transitional center in LaGrange and am approximately 53 days from my maximum release date. I may be eligible for parole sooner once I secure an approved residence.
I want to be upfront that I am a registered sex offender and must comply with all applicable registry requirements and parole conditions. Finding housing that meets those requirements has been challenging, so I am reaching out in hopes of finding a landlord or property owner who is willing to consider my situation.
My budget is $500–$800 per month, with a maximum of $900. I have money saved for housing and am serious about finding a stable place to live. The property must be eligible for approval by my parole officer and comply with all applicable residency restrictions.
I am looking for someone who is willing to communicate openly about their rental requirements and give me an opportunity to discuss my circumstances before I pay any application fees.
If you have a property available, know of a landlord willing to work with me, or can recommend any housing resources, I would sincerely appreciate hearing from you.
Thank you for taking the time to read my post. Any leads or assistance would mean a great deal to me.
