Hello everyone! My name is Maya, and I'm looking to move from my home in Compton, CA, by October 1st.
A little bit about myself: I'm 20, Latino, and I am currently a college student majoring in film. I work for an after-school program and am typically out of the house Monday-Friday; on weekends, if I can, I like to go out, so I'm rarely home. I'm very quiet and keep to myself; I'm clean, I don't smoke, drink, or do any substances. I'm very patient, and overall, I don't cause any trouble. My ideal living space is a private room, but I don't mind sharing one as long as it is with another female. I am LGBTQ+ friendly, a creative who enjoys art and writing, and a huge reader with a lot of books. If you have children in your home, I don't mind that either. I'll even help with them if needed; I don't mind. If I have to share a bathroom and kitchen space, that is perfectly fine. I would like laundry on site, or at least a nearby laundromat I can walk to, plus easy access to public transportation, since I don't drive. Pets are also of no issue to me, including lizards and birds. If you can't tell by now, I'm pretty unbothered. I grew up in two very bustling households, so I'm used to a lot of things.
I'm preferably looking for a space in the following cities: Long Beach, Wilmington, Carson, Signal Hill, Lynwood, Compton, Paramount, Lakewood, Cerritos, Bellflower, and Downey.
