I am seeking a 3–4 bedroom home in Arlington, Grand Prairie, Irving, Fort Worth, or surrounding Tarrant County for a potential property-management partnership.
I am interested in working directly with a private property owner who is open to an alternative arrangement rather than a traditional tenant-only lease.
Proposed arrangement:
• I reside onsite and provide day-to-day house management
• Bedrooms may be rented individually, subject to owner approval and applicable requirements
• Proposed room rate: approximately $1,000 per room
• Owner and manager discuss a mutually agreed revenue-sharing arrangement
• Responsibilities, expenses, occupancy, screening, and other terms would be established in a written agreement
• Property would need to be suitable and legally permitted for the proposed use
I am looking for a professional, mutually beneficial arrangement with a property owner who is open to discussing creative rental solutions.
