Please let me introduce myself, I am Alexander and my partner is Saryveth, we have no pets or children plus, we are very quiet, clean and decent adults.
We are selling our house in South Pasadena of which we have accepted an offer therefore once escrow opens we will need to move out by the time that it closes, about 30 days.
We are looking for a guest house, house or apartment to rent until we move to Spain, Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca to be exact. How long do we need a rental for? I would say for up to12 months as I also plan to sell my triplex near Cal State LA.
The reasons we will not move into one of the units is due to the fact that they are occupied and they all only have1 bedroom each plus, we require at least 2 bedrooms as we need an office etc.
Also if I may add, I am very handy both in and outside of the house, I maintain and fix just about everything that needs repairing at my units therefore I can be an asset to the owner of whichever property we move into in terms of maintaining it to the highest standard. Also, I am experienced and still have every type of tool required for fixing and maintaining properties.
