Housing Needed ASAP — Responsible, Hardworking Salesman Relocating to LA (Los Angeles)

Hi, my name is Erick Rios. I’m 28 years old and recently relocated to Los Angeles from Minnesota. I’m looking for a private room, studio, guest house, or similar housing anywhere in LA County, preferably somewhere with reasonable access to the Metro.
I’m hoping to move in Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.
I want to be upfront about my situation. I’m currently in a transition period and need housing so I can get established, find a sales position, and get back to earning. I don’t currently have guaranteed income or a large amount of money available for move-in, so I’m looking for someone who may be willing to work with me initially. I can provide evidence of my previous sales track record and work history.
I have a strong background in door-to-door sales. In my most recent sales experience, I made 312 sales in approximately 3 months while doing door-to-door sales in below-freezing Minnesota weather. I’m not afraid of hard work, and my goal is to start working again as quickly as possible once I have stable housing.
A little about me: I’m very respectful, clean, ambitious, hardworking, and easy to communicate with. I’m currently without a car, so Metro-accessible areas would be especially helpful.
I also have one cat named Needii. She is a 7–8-year-old indoor female cat who is litter trained, friendly, and well behaved.
Ideally, I’m looking for 1–3 months of housing while I establish myself, with the possibility of staying longer depending on the job and arrangement.
I’m open to different arrangements, including a private room, studio, guest house, temporary housing, sublet, housesitting, or a reasonable work-for-rent arrangement.
I understand that my situation is unconventional, but I’m serious about working and getting myself established. I’m not looking for someone to simply take care of me. I’m looking for an opportunity to get stable enough to work and take care of myself.
