Looking for dependable people to join a busy warehouse team in Hoschton, GA.
This is a hands on warehouse opportunity for someone who likes staying active and working throughout the day. You will be helping with loading and unloading trucks, moving materials, packaging products, building boxes, replenishing inventory, and general warehouse work.
PAY: $17 to $19 per hour
HOURS: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
CONTRACT POSITION WITH POTENTIAL TO BE HIRED PERMANENTLY FOR STRONG PERFORMANCE
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Moving and organizing warehouse materials
• Packaging products and preparing shipments
• Building boxes and shipping materials
• Replenishing inventory and picking bins
• Operating stand up and sit down forklifts
• Retrieving and storing products in warehouse racking
• Lifting and moving boxes up to 50 pounds
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
• Helping wherever needed throughout the day
WHAT WE NEED:
• Forklift certification
• Experience operating stand up and sit down forklifts
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation
• Good attendance and dependability
• Comfortable staying active throughout the workday
• Comfortable working in a warehouse that is not climate controlled
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
The warehouse has racking approximately 30 feet high. Forklifts are used to safely retrieve and store materials. Employees are not expected to personally work at those heights.
Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but extensive experience is not required. We are looking for dependable, safety conscious people who are forklift certified and ready to work.
BREAKS:
Two paid 15 minute breaks
One unpaid one hour lunch
