Small property services company working on homes in the region. Looking for one part-time helper, Monday–Friday daytime. No nights, no weekends, no on-call. Lax hours for a lax but competent individual.
You'd be working alongside me or my partner — you're never sent out alone and you're not responsible for running a job. I need a second set of hands.
The work: holding and cutting material, carrying and loading, painting and prep, sanding, demo, cleanup and hauling, and helping with door, window, deck, and drywall work. If you know your way around tools, great.
Semi-retired/retired tradesmen are strongly encouraged to apply. If you spent a career in the trades, don't want to run a business anymore, and want steady part-time work — that's exactly who this is built for. Younger applicants willing to work and learn are welcome too.
