I am looking for an older cocker spaniel. I would prefer he/she to be already spayed / neutered, housebroken and crate/kennel trained. I do not have a lot of money but can cover vet bills when necessary. I would be open to a payment plan, as long as the dog wasn't too expensive, if the breeder made that an option.
