The Older Saw is actually a better Saw ~ 425.00 with the Stand - Both as NEW!
This is a 1986 Japan Built Saw that has been in my basement and has had Very Little use.
Even back then these saws were well over 500.00!

They are Lightweight, Accurate. and Designed to last forever! I have a second one that is 40 years old.
They have made this same saw for a long time!
I no longer need 3 saws. You can purchase my older one for 425.00 if you prefer.
This one comes with its Original Stand which was an Option back in the day.
Naturally it includes the Rip Fence, as well as a miter gauge and the blade guard.
