Was Mounted on the Plow on my Dump Truck. I had Jumper cables that plug into this outlet.
Tow Trucks used to use this very Same System. I am unsure if they still do.

I had 2 batteries in my Dump Truck.
The ugly steel bracket has been removed; I had this on my Tractor for a number of years
