The apartment is air conditioned, but you rarely need it given the balmy trade winds sweeping off the Ala Wai and the Eastern positioning of the building. The apartment is location on the preferred side of the building on a middle floor, so not too high and not too low.
The apartment is covered from toe to toe in marble. This is low maintenance and clean.
The apartment has all newer appliances, including a microwave, and washer/dryer combo (not usually available in Waikiki buildings). The bathroom is sparkling clean with a marble glass walk in shower. The furnishing is good quality and tasteful, all from Inspiration Furniture, a red leather couch, a modern glass table and a queen size Serta bed.
The building also has a beautiful pool with a recreation deck and top-notch security. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, long-term and caring. The manager is top notch and very particular about how his building is run. They provide a homey atmosphere rarely found in large Waikiki buildings.
The rent is $2,099 plus GE tax. The deposit is first and last. Parking is available in the building. TV/net other utilities except electricity are included.
