If you are choosing a massage therapist based mainly on price per hour, I may not be the right fit.
Many of my clients come to me after spending significant time and money on massage and other approaches that gave them temporary relief or did not address the larger problem.
I specialize in long-form therapeutic bodywork.
I do not only work where you hurt. I look at how different areas of the body may be contributing to the issue and work layer by layer.
Hip pain may involve the psoas, glutes, adductors, hamstrings and lower back.
Shoulder issues may involve the scapula, ribs, chest, neck and arms.
Complex or multi-area problems often require more time than a standard massage allows.
NEW CLIENTS ARE SCREENED BEFORE BOOKING
You will receive a booking document that explains how I work and asks for the information I need before scheduling.
This helps me understand what is happening with your body, determine whether we are a good fit, and customize the session for the best possible results.
Shorter sessions are available for relaxation or limited-focus work.
If you are only comparing hourly rates, there will always be someone cheaper. If you are comparing the quality and depth of the work, that is a different comparison.
