LOOKING 👀 for a 2 or 3bd single family home that’s not requiring over 2k for a deposit to move in. Especially if it does NOT have appliances!! Not sure why deposits are so high with no stove and refrigerators in them.
Clean family of 3(1 kid) that’s doesn’t destroy property and willing to maintain yard. Looking for a 2yr lease if possible. Thanks
