Bali Cafe is looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable servers to join our team.
We are seeking team members who provide excellent customer service, work well in a fast-paced environment, and help create a welcoming experience for every guest.
Responsibilities include:
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Learn the menu and confidently answer guest questions
Recommend appetizers, drinks, and menu items
Enter orders correctly into the POS system
Deliver food and beverages promptly
Check on guests throughout their dining experience
Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties
Work closely with other servers, baristas, kitchen staff, and management
Handle guest concerns professionally
Follow all restaurant policies, food-safety procedures, and service standards
What we’re looking for:
Positive and professional attitude
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Reliable and punctual
Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
Team-oriented and willing to help where needed
Restaurant experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person

Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available.
