YOUR ROLE:
Lead a crew of 3–4 roofers, ensure quality & safety, complete daily paperwork, and communicate with customers and project managers.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 8+ years of commercial roofing experience
• Experience with TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, Modified Bitumen, Torch, Metal, Foam & Shingles
• Valid driver’s license with NO POINTS
• Crew leadership & customer communication skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders
• Reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Work every other Saturday
