Your Role
Lead and train a crew of 3â4 roofers to ensure quality workmanship, job-site safety, and on-time project completion. You'll also complete daily paperwork and communicate with customers.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Diagnose and repair leaks on all types of commercial roofing systems
⢠Complete daily reports, paperwork, and time sheets
⢠Supervise and train roofing crews in the field
⢠Communicate professionally with customers and project managers
⢠Maintain company tools and equipment
⢠Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
Requirements
⢠Valid driver's license with NO POINTS on driving record (REQUIRED)
⢠8+ years of commercial roofing experience
⢠Experience with BUR, TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Torch, Metal, Foam, and Shingle roofing
⢠Able to lead a crew, complete paperwork, and communicate with customers
⢠Lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work outdoors
⢠Reliable transportation
⢠Authorized to work in the U.S.
⢠Work every other Saturday
